Soup is the perfect meal for a chilly day, and boy do they do their soups well here!
The soup itself is delicious but not overwhelming, and has a tiny hint of spice that lingers at the end of every sip. The beef shank is packed with flavour throughout, extremely tender, and has the right amount of fattiness to it. I'm not actually the biggest fan of tripe normally but the tripe is actually amazingly done here and is easy to chew 🤤 They have amazing noodles that absorb the flavour and have the perfect amount of springiness to them. The best part? They don't get soggy if you take it home! To be honest, I never actually finish because this bowl is portioned generously and the noodles are extremely filling 😅
Their side dishes are pretty good too and they have a surprisingly well sized menu! Their taiwanese chicken nuggets and mashed red bean cakes are my current go-to's! 😍
